Performance Pistol is designed to expose flaws in your shooting and help you understand the root of what is happening when things do not go as planned so that you can better identify and correct issues on your own. This class is on how to train. In this class we will cover marksmanship at speed, grip and when it’s right, trigger prep and why you should move beyond it, why appropriate vision is so vital for speed, tips for efficiency on manipulations, how to dry fire for gain, efficient movement, single hand shooting, and much more.

The AR-15 rifle is America’s Rifle. In this course we will squeeze as much performance out of these rifles as we possibly can in two days. We will learn HOW to train to get better with the rifle. We will explore vision, connection, foundational marksmanship principles, dry fire, movement, manipulations, and much more.

Magnified optics add an interesting capability to performance shooting. We can now do it farther away. The problem is that in the practical application we find that we are not human range finders. We need to set up our training and our rifles to be able to deliver the shot and to do it fast. In this course we explore how to maximize the performance out of America’s Rifle by adding a little knowledge and some glass to it. We will learn the proper way to train to enhance our ability out to distance. You should expect to learn a ton about foundational marksmanship principles, a deep dive into zero distance and external ballistics, diagnosing and developing your connection to the rifle, the principles of stability, hasty position building, and much more.

In this course me and my buddy Bill from TAP-RACK Tactical come together to bring the student a very unique opportunity. You will train with a defensively minded competitive shooter AND a 25 year SWAT cop with a tremendous resume to explore the ins and outs of performance shooting. It’s a real treat and the favorite class of mine that I do. This course is a rifle and pistol curriculum developed as always to teach you HOW to train. This ain’t just drills and stories, y’all. We fixin to get after it. You can expect to explore concepts of performance on both platforms to farthest degree possible in three days.
